LESSON 6: BELIEF

What you believe changes how you understand what is in front of you.

Belief acts like a lens. It helps shape what seems true, what seems possible, what you expect to happen, and which paths you take seriously.

But beliefs do not appear from nowhere.

They are built through experience, memory, information, learning, other people, and everything that has happened before.

Beliefs can strengthen. They can be questioned. They can be wrong. And when new information changes what you believe, it can change the path you take next.

The world may stay the same while the way you see it changes.
